Discontinued in 2024! Two or three bites of spectacularly spiced dishes coming course after course is the perfect way to treat the palate. In this class, we will experience a few of the best and brightest, including the magic of Pan Con Tomate and Serrano Ham-wrapped Dates. We will even enjoy a delicious meal of Spanish Tortilla with Romesco Sauce together at the end of class. Then you will take home a portion of each remaining dish as well as brag worthy recipes to recreate and impress.
