When asked what Chef Janon’s absolutely FAVORITE dining experience consists of, her VERY quick answer is SPANISH TAPAS. Two or three bites of spectacularly spiced dishes coming course after course is the perfect way to treat the palate. In this class, we will experience a few of the best and brightest, including the magic of Pan Con Tomate and Serrano Ham wrapped Dates. We will even enjoy a delicious meal of Spanish Tortilla with Romesco Sauce together at the end of class.
