Class Description

How many of you know that Blandine’s favorite color is green? I mean, it’s only the predominant color throughout The French Kitchen! It just so happens to be the favorite color of Chef Janon too. I mean, with those Irish eyes, who would have guessed (Heehee). Come celebrate St. Paddy’s here, while we make classics like REAL Shepherd’s Pie (with lamb, get it?) and Soda Bread. We’ll also experience a delicious meal together at the end of class. Since it IS a holiday, we’ll even be enjoying a beer or two (must be 21+ with a valid ID). Then, you will take home a portion of each remaining dish as well as brag worthy recipes to recreate and impress.
