Class Description

Remodeled for 2025 by Chef Nate: FRAISIER, or Strawberry Cake, is a classic French cake consisting of 2 cakes, a creamy filling, and a bunch of strawberries of course. We top it with a colored cleared glaze and even more strawberries. Everyone will make his or her own cake to take home so don’t come hungry or it might not make it home. Techniques taught in this class can be applied to other pastry needs in the future. Due to the technicality of this class, we recommend you have taken other baking classes before this one. This is a seasonal class that only takes place from May to September.
