Class Description
New in 2024! Do you love the taste of the month soups as much as we do? It’s time to let our creativity shine and make warm, comforting soups for you, our loyal Colorado family. From the mind and notebooks of our very own Chef Hogan, here comes our signature soups class. These exclusive TFK favorite soups that were only available for a month step out of our freezer section and into the classroom.
In this class, we explore soups that span from the boot of Italy to the sun-soaked fields of France to the American Southwest to bring you delicious and easy-to-make soups that will have the family saying, “More soup please.” In class, we will also make a vegan riff on the classic Minestrone that has you saying, “No way that’s vegan.”
Students will take home portions of all the soups to enjoy whenever the mood strikes them. All the soups freeze well… if they last that long…
