Class Description

Classics are classics for a reason, right? Some dishes go straight for the heart and bring back joyful memories of holidays past. They rightfully deserve a place on the Thanksgiving Day table. What I have noticed however, is that most families do not know how to create these standards without the help of canned vegetables, condensed soups and packets. In this class, we will cover everything but the turkey and make it from scratch. The Green Bean Casserole using fresh green beans and a spectacular sauce that will have you questioning your own mother’s love. We will make Cranberry Sauce from ACTUAL cranberries, Herb Stuffing using The French Kitchen’s own famous baguettes and cap it off with a smooth Pumpkin Tart. At the end of class, you will take home a portion of each dish as well as brag worthy recipes to recreate and impress on the big day.

This is a seasonal class that only takes place in November.
