What I have noticed, however, is that most families don’t know how to create these classic dishes without the help of canned vegetables, condensed soups, and flavor packets. In this class, we will cover everything but the turkey – and make it from scratch using only fresh ingredients! The infamous Green Bean Casserole using fresh green beans and a spectacular sauce that will have you reaching for seconds. We will make Cranberry Sauce from actual cranberries, an Herb Stuffing using our own House-Made baguettes, and finish it off with a smooth, handmade Pumpkin Tart.
