Class Description
New for 2025! Why do onions have to be in everything? Do we really need them in our lives? When we look at the global ubiquity of ingredients, onions truly stand at the forefront of being in just about every cuisine. But why? Raw, they lend a pungency and pleasant sharpness that is unmatched by most other ingredients, sautéed a robust flavor punch, and roasted a sublime sweetness that can be more delicious than the best caramels. In this class, Chef Nate chops through the layers, cuts down the crying, and takes you to the core of what makes onions delicious.
In class we will enjoy one of our creations, take some of each home to enjoy later, and the recipes to recreate these fabulous recipes later.
