Class Description

Buttery, rich, ever-so versatile…. Chef Nate will show you how a variety of items can be made with a singular dough: Brioche. He will take the class through the entire process from the beginning with mixing and fermenting to shaping and the all-important baking. We will transform the dough and handcraft it into 4 delicious types of sweet treats. Towards the end of class, Chef Nate will make Pain Perdu for the class to enjoy together. Each student will make a braided bread loaf to take home as well as a sampling of delicious, warm Brioche treats.

A brand new class from Chef Nate, our newest Pastry and Baking Chef Instructor. He has worked at the Broadmoor for the past 18 years and is eager to share his passion and knowledge with you.
