New in 2022! By special (and MULTIPLE) requests, for 2022, we introduce our Veggie and Alternative Grain class. Here, we highlight our fabulous and filling non-animal proteins with extraordinary items like Mushroom Wellington and Butternut Squash Risotto. No back seat for these veggies and grains! We will even enjoy a delicious meal together at the end of class. Then you will take home a portion of each remaining dish as well as brag worthy recipes to recreate and impress.
