Class Description
Learn how to host a holiday celebration like Chef Anne! We love to celebrate, and when we have a get-together there’s always a lot of food and fun. Our holiday celebrations are often a mélange of both Vietnamese and Western traditions. In this class, you will learn how to make a juicy Lemongrass Roasted Chicken with delicious sticky rice and Chinese Sausage Stuffing. Then, roll the most beautiful Goi Cuon (Spring Rolls) with roasted salmon, scallion oil, and a delicious lime dipping sauce. Plus, Firecracker Shrimp Egg Rolls to dazzle your guests! Finally, a Vietnamese-style fried rice to knock your socks off!
