Class Description
New for 2024! Red wine is not just for beef. In this class, we will go through many different recipes to show the range of red wine. We will make savory hunter’s style chicken, a couple wine wine-based beverages, and a poached pear that is just as good with bleu cheese at it is with chocolate sauce. Students will learn what makes red wines unique and what types of dishes it goes well with or in.
We make recipes that are easy to follow, read, and replicate so students will only be seeing red…wine. Students will take home a portion of each dish as well as delicious recipes to recreate in the comfort of their own homes.
