Well, while you MIGHT meet someone here in class to bring along to such events, what I’m talking about are those sultry side dishes to accompany any wintertime meal. In our Winter Side Dish class, we’ll make everything from a Bacon & Butternut Squash Rice Pilaf to the unbeatable Beet Braised Lentils. We’ll even create a sumptuous Sage & Brown Butter Gnocchi. We will sample many of the dishes during class and at the end, you will take home a portion of each remaining dish as well as brag worthy recipes to recreate and impress.
