Class Description
New in 2025! Are you a coffee junkie? Do you have to purposely alter your route to work to hit up Starbucks? Well, here is the class for you. Chef Nate will teach you some new techniques while keeping the essence of the classic rolled yule log the same. In class we will all make a rolled sponge cake, fill it with a whipped dark chocolate ganache, and finish with a luscious milk chocolate swiss buttercream. You’ll even decorate your log with some cute meringue mushrooms! Each student will take home a whole traditional rolled yule log serving 6 to 8 in a cute French box. This Yule Log freezes perfectly so you can save it for the holidays. This is a seasonal class that only takes place in December.
