New for 2023! Chef Nate will focus our efforts on making quick fillings, buttercream, and introduce more advanced decorating techniques. Learn a variety of buttercream techniques like flowers as well as fondant techniques including covering, draping, and tiling. Each student will take home a fully decorated, two-tiered celebration cake for special occasion….or just because!
