In early November, we get to sip on the essence of the year that we just experienced through a glass of Beaujolais Nouveau. This beautiful beverage is celebrated globally on the third Thursday of November and we are honoring it here at The French Kitchen with a full Beaujolais Feast, starting with a brie en croute, roasted beet salad and crab stuffed dover sole. Did I mention, that each and every student get’s their very own bottle to enjoy during the meal or to take home!!!
