In early November, we celebrate this beautiful beverage with a full Beaujolais Feast including: Spiced Sweet Potato Soup, Seasonal Salad, Beef Roulade with a Roasted Beet Risotto, and a Candied Grape Galette. Did I mention, that each student gets their very own bottle to enjoy during the meal or take home!!
