Honor the annual Beaujolais harvest with a full Beaujolais Feast! Start with a Alsatian Cheese Tart and Salad Lyonnaise with Herbs de Provence Crackers followed by a Pan-Fried Quail with Roasted Beets in Goat Butter and a Mosaic Citrus Almond Cake, plus a Chef’s Choice Cheese Course.
