Discontinued in 2024. Chef Nate will discuss the two differing styles of charlottes and demonstrate how to make ladyfinger sponge as well as a rolled sponge that we will fill with a homemade raspberry jam. We will also make four uniquely flavored diplomat creams. Then, in rotating stations, students will assemble four of their own charlottes to take home and share.
