The first in a much-anticipated upcoming series, Cooking with Wine 1 is the perfect overview, taking inspiration from many regions and varietals. Wine is essential in French cuisine and in this class, we’ll work with a perfect Provincial rosé (Rosé Sorbet anyone?), deep reds and bright whites.
