New in 2022! Before her time here at The French Kitchen, Chef Janon spent years training as a Butcher. Her ABSOLUTLY FAVORITE part of the job was when she had to make MILES of sausage. In this class, we are going to cover everything from buying, to grinding, to casing and twisting!
