This class will transport you to my childhood kitchen table in South Carolina, to enjoy timeless classics like Shrimp & Grits and inspired twists like Peach & Prosciutto stuffed Pork Loin with Quinoa Salad. We will get to work on butchery techniques and basic knife skill.
