New for 2023! Chef Nate will teach you some new techniques to make a rolled sponge cake, fill it with a whipped milk chocolate ganache with an optional Grand Marnier infusion, and finish with a luscious dark chocolate ganache icing. To enhance our creations we will do a bit of fondant work to make holly leaves and berries.
