Full-Time Café Attendant Position

Responsibilities:

  • Open and close café in a timely manner
  • Provide superior customer service in our fast-paced Café
  • Greet guests, answer questions, make suggestions regarding food, drinks, and services
  • Fill orders by packing already prepared food items and preparing barista drink orders
  • Manage the register, including all credit card, Gift card and cash transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the Café
  • Follow all Health and Safety regulations
  • Restock, package, label and price supplies and products

Requirements:

  • Ability to quickly build a lasting rapport with guests
  • Ability to learn Point of Sales and Inventory systems
  • Mobility required during the entire shift, including walking and standing for long periods of time
  • Multitasking
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Schedule:

  • Sun, Mon: Off
  • Tues-Fri: 5:50am – 2:00pm
  • Sat: 6:00am – 3:30pm
  • Schedule may vary depending on events and holidays
  • Potential additional shifts needed
  • We can accommodate days off with advance notice

Pay:

  • UP TO: $18.00/hour*
    • Base Pay: $14.42/hour
    • *Credit Card Tips – adds approx. $2.50/hour; based on hours worked
    • *Cash Tips (Shared)
