– French: Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms, Tarte Flambée (Flammekueche), Assorted Puff Pastry Bites (Pistou, Red Bell Pepper, and Chef’s-Choice fillings), Gougère, Beef Carpaccio on Olive Tapenade Crostini, and Niçoise Salad
– Asian: Sweet Fried Rice Balls, Gyoza with Sauce, Spring Rolls, Steamed Pork Buns, Japanese Chicken Salad, and Edamame with Chili Glaze
– American Bar Fair: Chicken & Waffles with Serrano Maple Glaze, Duck & Gorgonzola Quesadillas, Bacon Wrapped Jumbo Shrimp, Beef Sliders, Loaded Potato Skins, and Cobb Salad
– Mediterranean: Hummus with Naan, Saffron Mussels, Fig Chutney & Baked Brie, Cherry Tomato & Baked Feta, Roasted Garlic & Parmesan Chicken Wings, and Fennel & Orange Panzanella Salad
