  • Assist in making quality breads and pastries using various ovens
  • Assemble and decorate dessert items
  • Meet time guidelines while working under pressure
  • Maintain a clean work area
  • Stock supplies, food, or utensils in designated areas
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in baking or food prep
  • Knowledge of laminated dough and/or French Baking/Cooking is a plus
  • Experience with high-volume production is highly desired
  • Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods (up to 8 hours)
  • Must be physically able to push, pull, carry, and lift 50-150lbs
  • Must adhere to Health & Safety regulations at all times
  • Ability to read and speak English proficiently; Bilingual in French is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Mon/Tue – Off
  • Wed/Thu – 2:00am – 10:00am
  • Friday – 11:00am – 7:00pm
  • Saturday – 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Sunday – 8:00am – 4:00pm
  • UP TO: $19.00/hour:
  • $16 per hour
  • Credit Card Tips – adds approximately $2.50-$3.00/hour; based on hours worked
