I will not lie. I honestly am too lazy to make puff pastry from scratch. Fortunately for me, The French Kitchen is not lazy! Every batch I’ve made had come out perfectly and as much as I would love to take credit for that, I know it’s the puff pastry that’s making me look like a rock star. Comes in circles or squares, too!
