Prepare a perfect buttery, flaky puff pastry with ease using our House-Made Puff Pastry Dough. Our expertly laminated puff pastry dough can be used for gourmet appetizers, croissants, napoleons, palmiers, and more!

2 – 12″ round discs. Comes frozen with easy-to-follow thawing instructions. Use with our 11″ Tart/Quiche Pan to make beautiful tarts or delicate quiches!


This is the same puff pastry dough we use in our Kitchen and in all of our Cooking Classes

INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw in the refrigerator and once thawed, keep in the fridge until ready to use. Dough must be cold. Bake at 375 degrees until golden.

INGREDIENTS: unbleached and unbromated flour, butter, salt, water CONTAINS: milk, wheat
Processed in a facility that uses milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, wheat, nuts, and soy.

    I will not lie. I honestly am too lazy to make puff pastry from scratch. Fortunately for me, The French Kitchen is not lazy! Every batch I’ve made had come out perfectly and as much as I would love to take credit for that, I know it’s the puff pastry that’s making me look like a rock star. Comes in circles or squares, too!
