    Excellent addition to cobbler topping, especially cherry almond or peach cobbler; enhances fruit crumble topping as well. Also makes a great breading for baked chicken or fish. Can be substituted for some of the flour in baked goods to enrich them. A versatile, flavorful, and healthy kitchen staple.
