Our quiche filling is loaded with sweet corn and salty Cotija cheese and layered inside our house-made quiche crust. Our cilantro Creama adds a creamy touch to top off the quiche, and of course, no street corn would be complete without Tajin, adding a hint of chili and zest of lime.

INSTRUCTIONS: Allow to thaw in refrigerator overnight (or up to 3-4 hours at room temperature). Bake in oven or toaster oven at 400°F for approximately 10 minutes.
