I’m not kidding. This is two soups in one! Have some, as is, and enjoy. But when you’re ready to have your mind blown, add a splash (or three) of heavy cream and this becomes a completely different soup! I don’t know how they do it, but I LOVE this soup, and better yet, so do two of my picky eaters (go figure!). So yes. Magic soup.

I echo Jennifer’s review. When I heard we werehaving carrot soup (even made by Blandine), I couldn’t imagine I would like it. However, boy was I wrong! This is sooo delicious and with the cream it is beyond expectations! One of our family’s favorites!

My whole family loves this soup! I fee good serving it to them because it’s full of vegetables but they don’t know that…they just know it tastes delicious! We never buy enough because they always want more! Perfect flavor, smooth and delicious!
