Duck à l’Orange – FZ


A classic of French cuisine, Duck à l’Orange is a famously old-school dish that has stood the test of time. Enjoy the elegant combination of juicy duck accented by a deeply complex, yet bright citrus sauce. Featuring a half duck slow-roasted in butter and oranges in our sweet and tangy orange sauce, this entrée includes baby carrots, potatoes, and pearl onions to create a delicious and filling gourmet dinner for two.

Serves 2. Comes frozen with easy-to-follow reheating instructions.

INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Open lid to remove sauce container. Add ¾ cup water to tray and replace lid. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Increase oven to 425 degrees, remove lid and bake uncovered for an additional 15-30 minutes or until desired level of browning is achieved.

INGREDIENTS: duck, duck stock, oranges, orange juice, onion, carrots, potatoes, garlic, sugar, salt, black pepper, orange zest, butter. CONTAINS: milk.
