Eggplant Burrata Quiche – AS OF 6/01

Come experience a true summer specialty quiche: rich, creamy burrata cheese that melts into a seasoned eggplant. Picture eggplant parmesan, but in quiche form.

INSTRUCTIONS: Warm in oven or toaster oven at 400°F for approximately 10-15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS: unbleached and unbromated flour, eggs, cream, salt, Dijon mustard, black pepper, eggplant, burrata. Contains: wheat, milk, eggs.

Processed in a facility that uses milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, wheat, nuts, and soy.
