Chasseur Sauce: The Chasseur Sauce, from the French word for “hunter,” is made with sautéed mushrooms and shallots and a white wine reduction which is then simmered in a basic demi-glace. Typically served with game dishes, this sauce also goes great on beef, chicken, or mashed potatoes.
Three Cheese Mornay: Our House-Made mornay sauce is a classic, creamy béchamel sauce made from the perfect combination of three different cheeses. An ideal accompaniment for pasta, chicken, veggies or with Eggs Benedict – in place of the usual hollandaise!
Dijon and Tarragon Velouté: The classic French sauce of Velouté with a hint of fresh tarragon and Dijon mustard is the perfect complement for fish, chicken, pork, and pasta dishes.
