Hollandaise Sauce, 8oz – FZ


Enjoy the unbelievably smooth, rich, and creamy taste of this French mother sauce, brightened with a touch of lemon, on a variety of foods. Our Hollandaise is a buttery, silky sauce that is simply divine and a lovely addition to any meal. Try it on eggs for a classic breakfast or on grilled seafood, beef, or vegetables like asparagus, broccoli, or artichokes.

Suggested uses:

  • Prepare eggs benedict with poached eggs on an English muffin with Canadian bacon topped with Hollandaise sauce.
  • Grill steak to your preferred doneness and serve with Hollandaise sauce for a smooth finish. Add a side of roasted potatoes to also enjoy in the sauce.
  • Steam asparagus, broccoli, or your favorite vegetable and add Hollandaise for a creamy complement.
  • Poached salmon pairs perfectly with our Hollandaise sauce with the hint of lemon bringing out the delicate flavor of the salmon.
  • Add roasted garlic to the Hollandaise sauce and spread it on a sandwich or burger as an aioli topping.
  • Prepare crab cakes and top with this light and bright Hollandaise sauce to add layers of flavor.

INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Reheat sauce over a double boiler while stirring constantly for two minutes. Sauce should be warm, but not too hot.
