Lemon Curd, 8oz – FZ


This is the same Lemon Curd recipe we use for our tantalizingly tart lemon curd Queenet filling! This sweet sauce is not only a perfect pucker with our sugary, buttery Queenets, but also pairs perfectly with crêpes, pastries, tarts, lemon bars, and more!

Suggested Uses:

  • Use as a filling for cakes, cookies and pastries.
  • Heat for a glaze on cheesecake, pound cakes and muffins.
  • Add to whipped cream for a light and airy fruit dip.
  • Stir into frosting for added color and flavor.
  • Warm and use as a topping for crepes or pancakes.

INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Once thawed, whisk until smooth.

INGREDIENTS: lemon juice, sugar, eggs, butter, cornstarch. CONTAINS: eggs, milk.
Processed in a facility that uses milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, wheat, nuts, and soy.
