Paris-Brest Letters


Looking for a fun and incredibly delicious dessert? Please welcome the Paris-Brest Letters! The first one we ever did was for Blandine’s birthday in 2023 as it is one of her favorites.

The Paris-Brest dessert was created in honor of the annual bike race from Paris, France to Brest, Brittany and back to Paris! Typically baked in a circle shape to represent bicycle wheels, we make the Paris-Brest we offer in the café in an éclair shape with choux pastry and a praline-flavored cream. We are now offering it in a large size, in the letter of your choice. A Paris-Brest Letter will be the equivalent of about 5-6 eclair size Paris-Brests and will feed 6 to 12 people.

Please note the nuts on top will be the traditional toasted almonds. In the event you cannot have almonds, let us know in the note section and we will use toasted hazelnuts.

Comes fresh. Size may vary slightly due to artisanal process.
