Prepare a quiche like a pro with our frozen Quiche Dough, or Pâte Brisée, that boasts a rich and buttery flavor with a crisp and crumbly texture. It is ideal for both sweet and savory pies, tarts, and quiches.

Suggested Uses:

  • Craft an egg custard and add your favorite vegetable or meat fillings for a homemade quiche.
  • Add fruit filling and top with lattice cuts of dough to make a beautiful dessert.
  • Make the most delicious homemade crackers you’ve ever tasted. Roll out dough, brush with an egg wash, top with your favorite shredded cheese or seasoning, and slice into your desired cracker shapes. Bake and enjoy!
  • Cut dough into strips and wrap around chorizo or your favorite sausage and bake.
  • Make breakfast hand pies by filling them with a fruit and cream cheese mixture, seal off the pies into a pocket, and bake.
  • Cut dough into small triangles and top with chopped chocolate. Roll into miniature croissant shapes and bake.
  • Use a biscuit cutter and cut out circles from the dough. Add a meat filling to one side of the circle and fold in half. Seal the pockets and bake for a unique twist on empanadas.

2 – 14″ round discs. Comes frozen. Use with our 11″ Tart/Quiche Pan to make beautiful tarts or delicate quiches!

Just wonderful. Thin, large enough to allow for use in a range of pie plates/baking dishes, and it adds a nice counterpoint to whatever you use it for (I’ve used it for quiche and for pumpkin pie). A big hit with the family.
