INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 375° F. Remove frozen Queenet tray from box and place on a baking sheet. Bake in center of oven for 15 minutes. Rotate 90° and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Rotate 90° and bake 10 for an additional minutes. To check if Queenets are done, gently lift one from the pan and check the bottom for caramelization. It should be a light brown/amber color. If more time is needed, bake in additional 5-minute intervals, rotating 90° each time.
Once Queenets are done, remove from oven and immediately turn pan upside down onto a cooling rack with a baking sheet or aluminum foil underneath to catch any drips. Dispose of pan. Allow Queenets to cool upside down for 5 minutes or until sugar has hardened.
