Our Taste of February Bundle includes:
- Tomato Asparagus & Emmental Quiche – Fall in love with our smooth, velvety quiche filling combined with fresh Asparagus and tomatoes and rich and creamy Emmental Cheese from France.
- Italian Wedding Soup – Whet your appetite with this flavorful marriage between fresh, hearty vegetables like onions, carrots, celery, and Swiss chard, with savory House-Made meatballs featuring delicate Acini de Pepe pasta.
- White Chocolate Raspberry Queenet – What’s not to love about February’s luxurious Queenet featuring an opulent white chocolate mousse swirled with a lavish raspberry jam.
PLEASE NOTE: The baguette and queenets are best enjoyed the day of. Soup comes frozen. For delivery, quiches will be delivered cold for freshness with reheating instructions included. For pick-up orders, quiches will not be heated until your arrival. If you would like it heated prior to your arrival, please call us 10 minutes in advance.
Tomato Asparagus & Emmental Quiche
INSTRUCTIONS: Warm in oven or toaster oven at 400°F for approximately 10 -15 minutes.
INGREDIENTS: unbleached and unbromated flour, butter, cream, eggs, asparagus, grape tomatoes, Emmental cheese, salt. CONTAINS: wheat, milk, eggs.

Italian Wedding Soup
INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Add 1/2 cup of water and heat in a saucepan or microwave on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until texture is consistent.
INGREDIENTS: chicken stock, onion, carrots, celery, Swiss chard, Acini de Pepe pasta, chicken, Italian sausage, eggs, breadcrumbs, oregano, thyme, salt, black pepper. CONTAINS: wheat, eggs.
