Spring forward and stop in at the French Kitchen to try these limited time menu features! Our French food takes on an Irish flair this month in a nod to St. Patrick’s Day in a hearty quiche. Enjoy a Queenet flavor that is nostalgic and chocolatey! Cajun cooking takes center stage with a chowder that’ll warm you through. Only available for the month of March, be sure to try the new menu while you can!
Our Taste of March Bundle includes:
- Corned Beef & Stout Dubliner Quiche – Our French food takes on an Irish flair with a quiche that is hearty and full of flavor. House-roasted corned beef brisket is a traditional preparation of meat paired with the nutty and caramel flavors of Kerrygold’s Dubliner Irish Stout Cheese. The malt flavors of Irish Stout are subtle and perfectly complemented with the sweet and nutty flavors in this cow’s milk cheese. Blended together in our hand-made quiche crust, you’ll delight in the buttery crust, cheesy filling and corned beef accents of our featured quiche.
- Cajun Chicken Chowder – Cajun seasoning creates a warm and comforting chowder in this month’s featured soup. Chicken stock, in-house roasted chicken, potatoes, onions, bell peppers, celery and bacon are simmered together in a hearty combination of vegetables and meat for a chowder that is an entire meal in a bowl. Heat things up with this bowl of chowder with a kick!
- Hot Chocolate Queenet – Enjoy the sugary and buttery layers of flaky pastry of our traditional Queenet enhanced with a chocolate pot de crème, a dash of espresso, and of course, topped with marshmallows! Whether it’s snowing or not, you’ll find any excuse to sit down and devour a Hot Chocolate Queenet this March!
PLEASE NOTE: The baguette and queenets are best enjoyed the day of. Soup comes frozen. For delivery, quiches will be delivered cold for freshness with reheating instructions included. For pick-up orders, quiches will not be heated until your arrival. If you would like it heated prior to your arrival, please call us 10 minutes in advance.
Corned Beef & Stout Dubliner Quiche
INSTRUCTIONS: Warm in oven or toaster oven at 400°F for approximately 10 -15 minutes.
INGREDIENTS: unbleached and unbromated flour, eggs, butter, water, salt, corned beef brisket, Irish Stout Dubliner cheese. CONTAINS: eggs, wheat, milk

Cajun Chicken Chowder
INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Add 1/2 cup of water and heat in a saucepan or microwave on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until texture is consistent.

Hot Chocolate Queenet
INSTRUCTIONS: We highly recommend enjoying your Queenet within 6-8 hours, as they are baked fresh daily.
