- Roasted Brussels Sprout Quiche – Heat things up with our October quiche feature! Baked in our buttery, flaky house-made quiche crust, the savory flavors of roasted Brussels sprouts tossed with the sweet and spicy tang of Mike’s Hot Honey is complemented with salty Manchego cheese in this specialty quiche.
- Beer Cheese Brat Soup – Fall in love with the taste of beer fest all in one bite! A locally sourced soup brimming with flavor, this creamy creation is the perfect way to bring in fall. A soup that’ll surely stick to your bones, warm up with this combination of cheddar cheese, potatoes, carrots, Colorado-brewed beer and locally-made brats in a creamy broth.
- Mulled Cider Queenet – A seasonal take on our most popular pastry, this month’s feature is a cozy and comforting reduction of apple cider and toasted mulling spices. Queenets are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and sugary and buttery all over. Combined with the warm flavors of apple, cinnamon, allspice and cloves, you’ll enjoy a taste of the orchard in our famously delicious Queenet!
PLEASE NOTE: The baguette and queenets are best enjoyed the day of. Soup comes frozen. For delivery, quiches will be delivered cold for freshness with reheating instructions included. For pick-up orders, quiches will not be heated until your arrival. If you would like it heated prior to your arrival, please call us 10 minutes in advance.
Roasted Brussels Sprout Quiche
INSTRUCTIONS: Warm in oven or toaster oven at 400°F for approximately 10 -15 minutes.
INGREDIENTS: unbleached and unbromated flour, egg, butter, water, cream, Brussels sprouts, honey, chili pepper, salt, pepper, Manchego cheese. CONTAINS: wheat, milk, eggs

Beer Cheese Brat Soup
INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Add 1/2 cup of water and heat in a saucepan or microwave on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until texture is consistent.
INGREDIENTS: chicken stock, potatoes, cheddar cheese, onion, carrots, beer, garlic, butter, paprika, white pepper, salt, bratwurst, heavy cream. CONTAINS: milk
