Class Description
New for 2024! Holy Cannoli! More Italian desserts… Chef Nate explores Italian desserts and takes you beyond the Traditional Tiramisu and Cannoli to cakes and custards that are sure to delight your sweet tooth and expand your repertoire. A wide variety of techniques including baking, stovetop custards, and baked custards will be taught in class. At the end of class, we will enjoy one of our creations and take the remainder home to create so you can create your own Italian Dessert Buffet.
