As usual, we will give you all the tricks to make it as easy as we can. We worked for you to make it simple, fast, freezable and altitude ready! We recommend you take our bread class before taking this class.
That’s not it! During rising time, you will learn everything there is to know about marvelous homemade jams! Have you ever tried to make your own jam? Are you afraid of the whole process? Just imagine yourself opening your own jar of jam and knowing it is only good stuff inside, tasty fruits and no corn syrup or preservative. Just smell and taste… you will be sold! Bring a jar to your friends; they will appreciate this truly personal gift.
BREAD: learn how to prepare several breads. At the end of class, enjoy a croûte au fromage, taste everything you prepared and leave with breads to enjoy at home.
JAM: learn how to make jams in a very simple way, Grandma’s way! NO COMMERCIAL PECTIN, LESS SUGAR. We will start by making HOMEMADE PECTIN. We will then make 3 batches of jam, including our famous Pear, Almond & Vanilla Jam. Leave with 3 4oz cute jars of the different flavors and all the knowledge to make many more varieties of jams at home.
