Gingerbread Houses

Have you ever seen those beautiful ornate gingerbread houses on TV or in real life and said to yourself, “I could never do that…”? Well, fret no more, because Chef Nate is going to give you the tricks and tools to not only mix and roll and bake the house but decorate it at a professional level. The majority of this class is demonstration and following as each student will be given techniques and tricks to make their house their own. As an added bonus during the class, you can enjoy Chef Nate’s signature hot chocolate in addition to the usual beverage choices. Each student will not only take home a fabulous gingerbread house but also several gingerbread person cookies.
