Class Description

We will be tackling some of the most popular Indian dishes and maybe even a few you’ve been too afraid to order at your favorite local restaurant. Well, fear no more, my friends! Chef Nate will show you his version of a butter chicken that he perfected during quarantine as well as a vegetarian Tikka Masala. In class students will make Naan from scratch. We will make the dough, rise it, roll it, cook it and brush it with a garlic infused ghee. Chef Nate will also demystify the endless spice shelf that is in the Indian kitchen, tell you how to use them, where to buy them, and what makes authentic ingredients the best.  At the end of class, we will enjoy one of our creations. Then you will take home a portion of each remaining dish as well as brag-worthy recipes to recreate and impress.
