Class Description

Since Soups 1 quickly became our #2 class, we had to create new flavors to offer a wider range of soups. You will love the variety offered in this class. Some can be served as a little appetizer; some are so healthy you will want to just eat a full bowl… Easy to make, easy to freeze, delicious to eat! Only 2 are cream-based, the others just have a very smooth texture without cream! Large stock pots cooking delicious soups and letting escape wonderful smells every time you stir, that’s what this class is all about! You will get to sample the soups made during the class and take home 6 16oz. containers of 6 different soups. Nothing goes to waste, so at the end of class, we will serve the Swiss Chard Gratin, made with the stems, not used in the Swiss chard Soup. Please note that the Pumpkin and Spinach Soups will be explained but not made in class. You do not need to take Soups 1 before taking this class. This is a seasonal class that only takes place from October to March.
