May is a time for celebrations and the Taste of the Month menu offers three limited time and delicious new recipes. Whether you are packing a springtime picnic, spoiling your favorite teachers, surprising mom, or celebrating your favorite graduate, you will not want to miss out on these specials that will be gone before you know it!
Our Taste of May Bundle includes:
- Goat Cheese & Squash Quiche – Delightfully light and creamy, this quiche is brimming with tangy goat cheese and sweet, nutty butternut squash. Baked in our quiche custard and hand-made crust, the flavors meld beautifully together for a taste you will be surprised by! This limited time feature is only available for the month of May, so be sure to try it while you can!
- Spicy Lamb & Couscous Soup – A hearty and soul-warming soup, Spicy Lamb and Couscous is a dish you will not want to miss in May! This tomato broth is chock full of fresh vegetables, dainty pearl couscous, tender slow-cooked Moroccan lamb, and packed with flavorful earthy spices.
- Blue Raspberry Queenet – Your favorite slushie flavor in Queenet form! Enjoy the sugary and buttery layers of flaky pastry of our traditional Queenet filled with Blue Raspberry pastry cream. A beautiful presentation of swirled blue filling features a delicious fresh raspberry. Don’t miss this limited time nostalgic-flavored Queenet!
PLEASE NOTE: The baguette and queenets are best enjoyed the day of. Soup comes frozen. For delivery, quiches will be delivered cold for freshness with reheating instructions included. For pick-up orders, quiches will not be heated until your arrival. If you would like it heated prior to your arrival, please call us 10 minutes in advance.
Goat Cheese & Squash Quiche
INSTRUCTIONS: Warm in oven or toaster oven at 400°F for approximately 10 -15 minutes.

Spicy Lamb & Couscous Soup
INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Add 1/2 cup of water and heat in a saucepan or microwave on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until texture is consistent.
