Class Description
I can barely contain my excitement about this one! Sharing my passion for the world’s oldest alcoholic beverage — and the myriad of flavor explosions and unexpected tastes that go hand-and-hand with it — is my favorite thing. Beer gets a bad rap quite often, being seen as a frat-boy, bubbly-drunk juice. It’s actually so much more sophisticated, nuanced, and interesting. Join this class and let me begin to show you. I promise that it will open your eyes to a whole palette of tastes and aromas to play with. Let me assure you that even “non-beer drinkers” will still find a lot to love.
At the end of class, we will enjoy our creations. Each student will also leave with a selection of beer based/enhanced dishes.
