Class Description

Every November, we get to sip on the essence of the year that we just experienced through a glass of Beaujolais Nouveau. Produced from the jammy, Gamay grape it goes from field to bottle to table in only 2 months and produces the loveliest pinky-purple hue. Easily drinkable with many meals, making it ideal for the Thanksgiving table.

This fix and feast style class is perfect for friends who enjoy cooking together but also for those who want to meet and socialize. Together, we will prepare a 5-course wine-driven menu (class also includes a cheese course, bread, AND Beaujolais wine, of course!) and dine with our wonderful Chef. In this class, there will be less preparation and less food to take home, but much more time at the table to enjoy your feast with others and plenty of time to gush over this world-famous wine!

Fix and Feasts focus not only on the cooking of the meal but the presentation of the food. Chefs will unlock the key to not only making ingredients taste good together but also look good together.

Every student gets their own bottle to take with them at the end of the meal!
