Class Description

Macaron… is that with one “O” or two? What’s the difference anyway… besides pronunciation? Chef Nate will teach you the fine art of French Macarons – the perils and pitfalls of oven temperature, resting time, and baking equipment. Each student will work on their own macaronage technique with Chef Nate to make sure you acquire full macaron confidence. In class, we will make uniquely colored macarons with their own scratch-made filling. Afterwards, we will enhance each of our macarons with a signature décor. The colors we have selected are designed to provide you with a broad array of display possibilities, while the fillings are designed with flavor balance and various techniques in mind.
