Class Description

“Did you say ‘small oven’….? Which one is the ‘small oven’….?” Translated as ‘small oven’, Petit Four is a term that describes a large variety of sweet, small bites. Whether glazed, unglazed, crumbly, or moist, these small bites are the perfect accompaniment to almost every meal. Chef Nate will take on a journey spanning different shapes, flavor profiles, and techniques to end up with an assortment of scrumptious Petit Fours that you can easily transform into a wonderful buffet for a special event. At the end of class, each student will leave with an array of individual pieces boxed and looking as if you picked them up from your local fancy bakery or French Café.
