Class Description

These dishes will take you to the bustling streets of Saigon City, my hometown! These are some of my favorite Vietnamese Street Foods. There is nothing more comforting and refreshing than a delicious noodle bowl of lemongrass marinated grilled pork! You can’t talk about Vietnamese Street Food and not mention the delicious Banh Mi Sandwich that is like a salad with grilled lemongrass chicken or pork all wrapped up in a yummy French baguette! Do you know that we even have our own version of crepes? But don’t tell Blandine, I think our crepes taste way better than her French crêpes! 🙂  In this class, I will also show you how to make our famous and yummy Banh Xeo and then use the same batter to make its cute little cousin, the Banh Khot.
